Good Graphic Design

Web design is similar to billboard advertising in the sense that people "drive" past web
sites very quickly. We design to get that message in front of the visitor FAST.

Just because it looks good doesn't mean it works. A site needs to do what the visitor expects, if it's broke, they don't fix it, they just go away.
